1.     Utang Obligasi ( Bond Payable )

Ø  West Asia Company approve bonds payable Rp. 800,000,000 to Bank YanMo.

Perusahaan west asia melakukan menyetujui utang obligasi ( bonds payable ) sebesar Rp. 800.000.000 kepada Bank YanMo.

2.     Nilai Jatuh Tempo ( Maturity Value )

Ø Dolzen Company get maturity value from  mandiri bank Rp. 150.000.000 in May.

Perusahan dolzen mendapatkan nilai jatuh tempo ( Maturity Value ) dari bank mandiri sebesar Rp. 150.000.000 pada bulan mei.

3.     Resiko Nilai Tukar (foreign exchange risk)     

Ø Price Currency rupiah has decreased result of foreign exchange risk to the dollar price which increased to Rp 12,000 in 2014.

Harga Mata uang Negara Indonesia yaitu rupiah mengalami penurunan akibat terjadinya resiko nilai tukar ( foreign exchange risk ) terhadap mata uang dolar yang harganya naik menjadi Rp.12.000 di tahun 2014.

4.     Perusahaan Perorangan ( Proprietoship )

Usaha bengkel pak doni adalah jenis usaha perorangan ( proprietorship ).

5.     Persekutuan ( Partnership )

Ø Mr. Dal and Mrs. Sinta opening partnership in the culinary field in Bandung.

Pak dal dan Ibu sinta membuka perusahaan persekutuan ( partnership ) di bidang usaha kuliner di daerah bandung.

6.     Kertas Saham ( Worksheet )

Ø Mrs. johana gets worksheet after buying shares of the company by 15% in Bakrie group company.

Ibu johana mendapatkan kertas saham ( worksheet ) setelah membeli saham perusahaan sebesar 15 % di perusahaan bakrie group.

7.     Wesel Tagih ( Note Receivables )

Ø Indo World Company has received a note receivable for purchase of equipment Rp. 65,000,000 from Crystal Company.

Perusahaan indo world menerima wesel tagih atas pembelian perlengkapan barang  sebesar Rp. 65.000.000 dari perusahaan Kristal.

8.     Setelah Penutupan Pasar Saham ( After The Bell )

Ø Shares of  adi group companies has been increased by 10% after the bell on Monday.

Saham perusahaan adi group mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 10 % setelah penutupan pasar saham ( after the bell ) pada hari senin.

9.     Beban Bunga ( Interest Expense ).

Ø Makmur Jaya Company gets interest expense on loans capital from BCA Bank Rp. 200.000 per month.

Perusahan makmur jaya mendapatkan beban bunga ( interest expense ) atas pinjaman modal usaha dari Bank BCA  sebesar Rp. 200.000 per bulan.

10.            Biaya Tak Terduga ( Loss Transaction ).

Ø Globe House Company pay loss transaction  Rp. 100,000,000 to pay taxes BPHTB or Bea Acquisition of Land or Buildings.

Perusahaan globe house membayar biaya tak terduga ( loss transaction ) sebesar Rp. 100.000.000 untuk membayar pajak BPHTB (Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah atau Bangunan.
